Our Story
North East Help limited (NE-Help) was founded in 2024 with a clear mission: to provide supported accommodation for young people who need a safe, nurturing environment. Our first semi-independent supported accommodation will open in late 2025, marking an important milestone in our journey. Though we are a new provider, our senior leadership team brings a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge to the organisation. Having worked in various management roles across multiple care organisations within the sector, they are passionate about delivering the highest standards of support within high-quality accommodation.
Our approach is centred around the understanding that each young person has unique needs, and we are committed to creating accommodation settings where they feel secure, valued and empowered. At NE Help, we offer more than just a place to live – we provide a stable environment that supports personal growth and fosters independence.
We recognise that the quality of support we provide is directly linked to the expertise and dedication of our staff. That’s why we place great emphasis on recruiting and developing the best professionals in the sector. Our staff are the heart of our organisation, and we ensure they are supported through ongoing training and professional development. This helps them feel confident and equipped to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the young people they support.
A strong and supportive culture is vital to our success. Our staff members are not just employees; they are part of the NE-Help ‘family’. We foster a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to contribute to our mission. This sense of belonging helps us retain talented professionals who are committed to providing the best support for our young people.
As we begin this exciting new chapter, we are dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of young people who need it most. At NE-Help, we believe in the power of care, support and opportunity, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact our services will have as the young people entrusted to our care thrive and achieve their goals.
